The Single Assessment Service (SAS) – Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) helps older people access the aged care services and supports they need to remain safe, independent and well supported.
Our team works with older people, their families and carers to understand their care needs and determine eligibility for government-funded aged care services. Assessments are provided through the Australian Government's aged care system.
