Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program
Queensland Government hospital expansion projects are increasing emergency and sub-acute care capacity across the Gold Coast region.
The Queensland Government is investing more than $18.5 billion across five years to deliver a range of health infrastructure programs, ensuring high-quality health care for Queenslanders through the Hospital Rescue Plan (HRP).
The Gold Coast University Hospital Sub-Acute Expansion (H Block) is part of the Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program (AIDP). These projects aim to increase beds numbers across Metro South, Gold Coast, West Moreton and Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Services.
